Standard Concrete, Theodore, Alabama Industrial Access Road Design

The design included over one mile of access road for Standard Concrete plant site in Theodore, AL to meet load and turning requirements of the specialized vehicles that transport completed products from the site. The project met all client and Mobile County Road requirements.

Schillinger Road North, Mobile, County, AL

This project included the Design and Construction Management of five miles of widening and resurfacing of a 2-Lane road in Mobile County, Alabama including the accident study and computation of cost per accident eliminated for various design schemes.

Wilmer-Georgetown Road, Mobile, County, AL

This project included the design and construction management of 8 miles of widening and resurfacing of an existing paved rural road for Mobile, County, Alabama including super-elevation, design, accident study, and computation of cost per accident eliminated for various design schemes.

GAC Holdings, LLC

This project included the design of the relocation of the southevacuation road at Plant Barry. The evacuation road and design of the grade crossing with the Norfolk-Southern Railroad were part of the project in additional to turn lanes on Hwy 43 that met ALDOT specifications.

Arc Terminals, LLC

This project included the design of a new tank farm on Blakeley Island requiring permitting with the City of Mobile, ALDOT permitting of entrance facilities, containment volumes engineering while making structural and mechanical component elevations constant, and fire code compliance.

Sidewalk Project, CDBG funded, Jay, Florida

DEI staff designed and provided construction engineering inspection (CEI) services for approximately four miles of sidewalk in Jay, Florida located in northern Escambia County. All drawings conformed to FDOT requirements. This was an FDOT District 3 project.
