QA Plan Summary:
Driven engineering has a documented and detailed QA plan in place. The plan is located on our home office network and accessible by all branch offices. The QA process describes the steps needed to execute project, and to ensure a quality deliverable is provided to our clients. The components of the QA plan include: Job Set-up and Administration, Budget and Schedule Tracking, Project Documentation, Project Reporting and Client Maintenance, Document Development and Review, Communication Protocols, Invoicing, and Plans Preparation Standards. Generally, Driven Engineering will customize our QA plan to meet the needs of each individual project. Depending on the type of project: information technology, engineering, or environmental services, each project requires the implementation of a unique QA plan. We customize our services to each client's requirements. As can be seen from our 80% repeat business record, we value the relationship we have with each and every client.
